Powder Coating Hopefully we have convinced you we have enough experience to support your needs. Our factory is nestled in the shadow of Erie County Medical Center (ECMC), in the northeastern portion of Buffalo along side and seconds from Route 33 (the Kensington Expressway). We share a 20,000 square foot complex with our sister company (Plastic Systems) and operate in the eastern side of the building. Are we equipped to to do the job??? We have 2 powder coating application stations and 2 baking ovens each just short of 10 feet long. 1 to accommodate each applicator. (We do not want 2 colors
swirling around in the oven at the same time). We are not the largest powder coater in the area, but we are far from the smallest. We feel we are at the very least equal to the best. We compete with the largest volume producers by having longer working days and being in production 7 days a week. We compete with the smaller coaters by focusing one powder booth on production continually, and the other booth to serve in production and the smaller orders when necessary. Additionally, we can also be wet painting in the paint room and production powder coating at the 2 powder booths simultaneously when required. We are qualified to meet Mill Spec. requirements and comply with regulatory certifications. Technical Screen Printing Our screen printing capabilities offer the final process often needed for parts for industry. We do everything necessary to complete the job in house. We produce the art work to your blue print specs. We manufacture the film tools to produce the image on the screen. We manufacture the screen frame, stretch the filament, shoot the image on the screen and manufacture the set up to go into production. The screen is exact to your blue prints or personal drawings and ready to screen thousands of images. We accommodate quantities of 1 piece to thousands of pieces per job. We feel we are an extension of your business. If it is an emergency to you it is an emergency to us. We always fluctuate our business hours, priorities and man hours to keep you on time all the time. It is our way of life.
